Holiday Notice

Wishing you a prosperous New Year! During the Lunar New Year period, there will be adjustments to trading, customer service, and deposit/withdrawal procedures:

 
Precious Metal Contracts: Trading hours for all precious metal contracts will remain normal.

Customer Service: Services such as inquiries, account opening, and IB services will be suspended from January 28th, 12:00 PM until January 31st. Normal processing will resume on Monday, February 3rd. For urgent trading-related issues, please email dealingroom@firstbullion.com.

Withdrawal Requests: All withdrawal requests submitted after 12:00 PM on January 28th will be processed on February 3rd.

Deposit Requests: From January 28th to January 31st, Fast Payment System (FPS) deposits will continue as usual. After a successful transfer, clients can send their FPS confirmation to dealingroom@firstbullion.com. Other deposit requests, including internal transfers, will be processed starting February 3rd.
