First Gold Charity Fund Actively Supports Eternal Flame Action Flag Day
Publish in2017-07-26By participating in social services, volunteers can bring positive vibes to people around and create a vibrant world, promoting social development. In order to support the development of teenagers and to cultivate a new generation with benevolence, confidence and sense of responsibility, First Gold Charity Fund hence worked with Eternal Flame Action and sent volunteers to join the Eternal Flame Action Flag Day, as well as to help the charity raise operating funds and capital to hold activities.
On the Flag Day, around 150 volunteers sold flags to solicit donations in nine major districts of Hong Kong Island, including Central, Admiralty, Causeway Bay and North Point. Actively advocating the importance of cultivating teenagers in Wan Chai and Sau Kei Wan, First Gold Charity Fund volunteers gained public support and successfully raised considerable funds for Eternal Flame Action.
Established in 1997, Eternal Flame Action, as a registered charity in Hong Kong, has served and helped adolescents, particularly those who are 14 to 18 years old. To explore, recognize and develop the characteristics and potentials of the teenagers, the charity offers diverse services and activities every year. Established in 2016, First Gold Charity Fund has held fast to the belief of "Sharing love, giving love, having love-To Be Love", and actively facilitated the long-term development of charity services, leading all sectors of the community to join hands and to contribute to society.
