Launched by First Gold in its conference room on 10 June, 2013, the Employment Strategy Workshop aimed to provide job hunters with interview skills. One of the main speakers shared his own working experience and helped them find solutions to interview questions, how they should be dressed and behave at an interview and etiquette that might facilitate their job-seeking. Company executives introduced respectively the operations and opportunities for promotion in each department, helping the candidates understand better the company. Upon completion, First Gold arranged several interviews for candidates to show their talent and skills, hoping that one day they will join the company as new blood.
