First Gold has been nurturing talent for market. To help develop business, the company took part in the 5th Hong Kong United Youth Association Recruitment Day held at the 5G Hall of HKCEC on 8 June, 2013, attracting more than 4000 job hunters. Mr. Cheung Kin-chung, the Director of the Labor and Welfare Bureau, Mr. Adrian Yip, the President of Hong Kong United Youth Association and Mr. Kenneth Fok were invited to share their ideas of landing jobs. Besides, the Customer Service Manager of First Gold took on the stage to introduce the background of the company on its behalf and shared his working experience in First Gold. The management of First Gold also shared their views on the status quo and prospects of financial sector and received over two hundred applications that day.

Launched by First Gold in its conference room on 10 June, 2013, the Employment Strategy Workshop aimed to provide job hunters with interview skills. Dr. Raymond Choi, the Director of First Gold was the main speaker and he shared his own working experience and helped them find solutions to interview questions, how they should be dressed and behave at an interview and etiquette that might facilitate their job-seeking. Company executives introduced respectively the operations and opportunities for promotion in each department, helping the candidates understand better the company. Upon completion, First Gold arranged several interviews for candidates to show their talent and skills, hoping that one day they will join the company as new blood.
