Charity Events

Committed to fulfilling corporate responsibilities and charities, First Gold offered its full support to the fund raising activity during the 20th anniversary of Dress Casual Day held by the Community Chest. Its staff also responded with their proactive involvement by participating in this event held on 28 September, 2012. Funds raised would all be used to help the 153 social welfare institutions funded by the Community Chest.

As a non-governmental charity, the Community Chest was founded on 8 November, 1968 and aims to raise funds for social welfare institutions relying on its support, with the Hong Kong Jockey Club offering administrative fees. So the funds raised could be distributed among more than the 153 institutions without cutting the administrative fees.
