First Gold's annual dinner was held at Sha Tin Racecourse of the Hong Kong Jockey Club on 19 February, 2011 when the founder Kook delivered a speech and announced officially the establishment of Well & Well Financial Holdings Group.

Mr. Haywood Cheung, the President of Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, also joined the event, bearing witness to the strong development of Well & Well over the last 31 years with other celebrities amid a flurry of activities.
