There are usually two reasons: 

Incorrect password. If it is indicated that your account is

1. invalid, it means you have entered an incorrect password, as shown on the right.   

2. Incorrect selection of the server. If "Common error" is indicated at the lower right corner of MT4, it

means you have selected the wrong server, as shown on the right.  

When the transmission speed is shown, it means you have been successfully connected to the platform. 

Click Files\Register a New Demo Account at the upper left corner of MT4, as shown below.

The Client must fill in all the information before successfully signing up for a demo account.



Because accounts for the two are independent. The Client should choose LGG or LKG under account type when signing up for the demo account so that he/she can trade either of the goods.

There is slight difference between the gold prices in demo account and the actual ones, but the price trend is generally identical.

Demo accounts are valid for thirty days, after which the Client is required to re-register an account.

If the Client forgot the code of or password for the demo account, he/she needs to sign up for a new account.

The transaction multiple of a demo trade is fixed at 1:100, and deposit amount at USD100,000.

The Client needs to select the goods he/she wants to see in the goods list on the left. For example, if the Client wants to see information about gold (spot), he/she needs to right click and select the second option of "Diagram View" to see the diagrams.

Log into the account, click Tools\Options\Server\Change on the top, and change your password according to the instructions.

The Client can inform us via our QQ account or Client Service Hotline. After receiving your message, our Client service

representatives will make telephone verification with the Client before emailing a new password to him/her.

Right click the blank part of the Account History at the bottom of the terminal, and then select the trading period you

would like to see.
